JAVELIN AND TURBO JAVELIN

(Ages 6-18) Javelin and Turbo Javelin is a track and field event in which the athlete takes a weighted javelin and throws it as far as they can.  Proper technique is the key to the throw.  Watch this video to help improve throwing the turbo javelin, or watch this video for the standard javelin technique.
